Sample Service Request: Design and Printing of Membership Materials

The Malawi Bee Products Association (MBPA) is demonstrating how a request for services can be advertised through the opportunities gateway.

Required services

• Prepare print-ready certificate and membership-card layouts using approved MBPA branding.
• Print high-quality certificates with security-pattern backgrounds and gold seal treatment.
• Produce durable membership identification cards.
• Provide delivery packaging and transport to the MBPA Secretariat in Lilongwe.

Final quantities and production specifications will be confirmed with the successful service provider.

Interested service providers should demonstrate:

• Valid business registration and current tax-compliance documentation.
• At least three years of relevant design or commercial-printing experience.
• A portfolio or samples of comparable assignments.
• Capacity to meet agreed quality standards and delivery timelines.
• A clear itemised financial quotation in Malawi Kwacha.

MBPA is not obliged to accept the lowest or any quotation received.

Submit a technical and financial quotation containing:

1. Company profile and contact details.
2. Relevant portfolio or sample work.
3. Proposed production and delivery schedule.
4. Itemised quotation inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Validity period of the quotation.

Electronic submissions should use the subject Quotation – Membership Materials – MBPA/PROC/2026/01. Hard copies should be sealed and clearly marked with the same reference.
